My wife, Rande and I have previously won this award 12 and 15 times, respectively. We would be grateful if you would vote for us this year.

Voting ends June 30th. Ballots appear in the physical newspaper, Daily News May 31st,  June 10th 21st and 24^th.

You can vote using the ballot in the Daily News, or you can vote online!

Your online vote must be from a valid email address.

Painstakingly detailed step by step instructions:

1. Click on the link above and it will take you directly to the voting registration.

If that doesn’t work, go to www.dailynews.com and look for the boxes that say “vote now”.   Click on: “Vote Now”

2. The next screen will welcome you to the contest and ask for your email address.
3. Enter your email address and click “start” button. You will see the following message:

IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL IN YOUR IN-BOX, CHECK YOUR OTHER MAIL and JUNK FOLDERS, IT MAY BE THERE. DEPENDING ON YOUR EMAIL PROVIDER, IT MAY TAKE UP TO 1 DAY TO RECEIVE THE EMAIL. CHECK WITH YOUR EMAIL PROVIDER IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL.

You should then see a message:

Select one of the categories below to continue voting, or see who you’ve already chosen

Vote for one candidate within each category by either marking in the box or writing in your choice.

The official rules state that you must vote a minimum of five categories for your vote to be counted.

5. You will see 5 general categories: Food & Drink, Goods & Services, People, Places and Miscellaneous.

Click on one category. Start with Goods and Services.

Scroll down and look for Hair Salon.  Type in or Copy and paste Rande’s information, company name and phone number :

Vote for other people you know in that category, then click on the Submit button to complete your voting in that category. That  will take you back to the category list and you can go to Paul’s category

Click on the People  category.

6. You can go back later and log in using your email address if you want to check your selections or add more votes.
